Just one more month of patience and then the Veneto Region will welcome some of the best riders in the world back to its roads. The organizing machine of PP Sport Events has in fact been working for several months to set up, for the fourth consecutive year, the Ride the Dreamland project, the Holy Week of Veneto cycling.

If you haven't done so yet, take a pen and paper and write down the dates: it starts on Wednesday 16 October 2024 with the Giro del Veneto, the race in which history and modernity meet, now in its 87th edition. Costante Girardengo, Fausto Coppi, Roger De Vlaeminck, Giuseppe Saronni, Francesco Moser, Davide Rebellin and Matteo Trentin are just some of the big names who have left their mark on the Giro del Veneto, which year after year continues to update its glorious roll of honor.

The Serenissima Gravel also returns on Friday, October 18, the race that in 2021 put professionals on gravel roads for the first time, effectively opening an era in which dirt events are now the order of the day. Furthermore, since 2023, it will also be accompanied by the Serenissima Gravel Amatori, who start a few minutes after the professionals and tackle the same, exciting, roads.

Speaking of amateurs and enthusiasts, on Saturday, October 19, the Social Ride VENEtoGO is unmissable, the ride open to all in which the only goal is to have fun, enjoying extraordinary views with pizza, beer, hamburgers and much more. In short, a real cycling party that begins in the saddle and continues well beyond the end of the ride, until the DJ has finished his repertoire of music.

The jewel in the crown of PP Sport Events is the Veneto Classic, scheduled for Sunday, October 20. A classic that has already entered the hearts of Venetians and enthusiasts, because it contains a bit of everything, climbs, descents, stone walls, dirt road climbs and the magic of the historic centers of the cities. The Tisa wall has become the symbolic climb of the race and every year - it will be the same in 2024 - an area is set up where, in addition to enjoying the various passages of the runners up close, there is a big screen, a DJ and the possibility of accompanying everything with hamburgers and beer.
